The last Kline: night

I framed the last Kline, the last one for now. I seem to be the only one who likes my Klines… Sigh… But I guess that’s what it takes to be an artist, keep going whatever people think. And not in art only, either. Well never midn that, I should be happy I have no corona, rather than be griping about recognition.

There are 4 ‘Calling Doctor Kline’ works now, all 40 x 50 cm on canvas board. The first one is called ‘Good Morning Doctor Kline’ and this last one – no surprise – is called ‘Good Night Doctor Kline’.

So you can now spend all day with the good Doctor, from morning ’till night…. It looks like he is dreaming, doesn’t it? I framed them all 4 in black box frames. That’s the good thing about framing in a painting studio: you have plenty of colors to paint the frames.

I found a picture of all 4 of them on a bed in my studio. I think they should be hung in a square, a bit like they are now laying here. But then in the right order. But that’s for another time.
